Apps of Deception        We all love to have some sort of entertainment throughout our day, either by watching a video, performing an activity, or communicating with someone. The use of social media apps helps us explore many new forms of entertainment that are easily accessible.       Although these apps are user-friendly, do we know what their main objective is? KEEP GOING      Take a minute or two, to recollect the propositions you once had in developing a new change in your life. Many of us have thought of making changes in our daily routine, and in doing so we started with lots of confidence and determination.        Everything always seems to go well in the first, one to two weeks of a new routine. Yet, what causes one to stop progressing and give up all hopes of flourishing into a better version of themselves? Persistence is key to keeping motivated. People usually give up once they stop doing their new routine because they give themselves some time to relax or as some say, "a break".
